The Semi Private Sessions focus on supporting and strengthening your new mum body, using movements that we use in our day to day lives in a fun and enjoyable way.
With a maximum of 4 people per session, you can be confident that
you will get the guidance and support you need.
Bending, squatting, lunging, balancing, pushing and picking things up (kids & their mess!) These movements form the Foundational Mumma Functional Movements (FMFM). Exercising and building strength in these movements can increase energy and mood, promote healing, boost confidence, ability and minimize the risk of injury.

Sessions are a held in relaxed manner, in my home studio gym. You go at your own pace and I will be there 100% of the way but we will still give you a gentle nudge to make sure you get the most out of the session. If Bub needs you, no problems- tend to your baby as you need and just join in again when your ready- I am there to help when I can.
Sessions are organized and run by, Me- Tess, Founder and head coach at Full Fit Flourish, a qualified Fitness Professional specializing in Modern Post Natal Fitness and a full time mum.
We have recently Re-Located to Busselton, In the South-West of WA. Classes and Time Table Will Be updated Soon! :) In the mean time- please put your email on our waiting list so I can contact you when classes start up again.
